Information and Policies for Events & Reservations

The Green Room

Seats up to 32 people, has a projector with a 10ft screen with an HDMI hook up for presentations and two additional TVs. This room has doors that can close and can be completely private. One pool table may be reserved with this room. (In order to maintain a private party in this room you must have a minimum of 18 people)

The Grid Room

Seats up to 70 people, has a projector with a 10ft screen with an HDMI hook up for presentations and 5 additional TVs. This room does not have doors and is semiprivate. One pool table and one dart board may be reserved with this room. (In order to maintain a private party in this room you must have a minimum of 40 people)

The Shuffle board Room

Seats up to 28 people, this room does not have doors and is semiprivate. This room has three TVs and it does not have separate sound for games or music. Should you want to reserve the Shuffleboard Table or the Golden Tee you must request it with your reservation. (In order to maintain a private party in this room you must have a minimum of 16 people)

All ages Event Space

Seats up to 80 people. This space is completely private with its own entrance and bathrooms. It has its own pool table, dart boards, a Sonos system to play your own music, 10 tvs, private bathrooms, and the ability to hook up HDMI to a 70-inch tv with sound. This space has lots of tabletop games and upon request a giant connect four and giant jenga for your event. No Live music or DJs are allowed.

Monday – Wednesday $850 minimum spend on food and beverage. Thursday – Sunday $1200 minimum spend on food and beverage.

Table Reservation

We can make table reservations based on availability. Table reservations must be organized a minimum of 48 hours ahead of the event.

We reserve the right to choose the tables reserved for you

Additional Information and Policies:

Reservations for rooms must be made in advance and can be booked based on availability in 3 hour blocks. We do not charge fees to reserve a room but any event with 20 guests or more will need a credit card number to be placed on file in order to hold the room.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved date in order to avoid a $200 fee that will be charged to the card on file.

Any event with 25 guests or more must preorder food Monday – Wednesday. Events with 20 or more guests must preorder food Thursday – Sunday.

If a party does not meet our minimum requirement for a room to remain private, the customer may pay a $20 per person fee to bring the head count up to the minimum requirement.

Games

All our tabletop games, shuffleboard, giant jenga, giant connect four and darts are all first come first serve to play and are free to play, with the exclusion of Golden Tee which costs approximately $4.00 per game and our pool tables that are coin operated and cost $1.00 per game.

We reserve the right reserve games to be included in a reservation

Payment

Your full balance is due upon the conclusion of the event.

Please Note: We do not add service fees or gratuity to any event, as we believe that it is at the guests discretion. Should you walk out on your tab, we will charge a 20% gratuity

Separate Checks

Should your event have separate checks your guests may start a tab with a card with our floor service staff. As we work as a team this allows all service staff to help you no matter where you are in the building, and you may pay with the card on file or with cash at the end.

If your guests do not want to start a tab and would like to pay for each transaction as it is ordered they will need to order at the main bar.

Please Note: We do not add service fees or gratuity to any tab.

Event Menu Timeline

If you are preordering food for your event, we would like to receive your menu 14 days prior to your event, but no later than 7 days prior to allow time for any adjustments.

You may adjust your menu options up to 48 hours prior if your guest count changes, but some items such as brisket may not be available as they are limited daily.

Drink Tickets

All drinks at Local Cue are charged by consumption.

We offer drink tickets for groups that have a max value of $8 each, but your tab will only be charged for the drink ordered (i.e. $4 for a draft Beer or $5 for a rum and coke). No shots are allowed with drink tickets.

Nonalcoholic beverages are charged by consumption at the menu price with unlimited refills on tea, sodas and lemonade.

Decorations & Desserts

You may bring your own cake or desserts, and we will provide complimentary disposable plates, cutlery and cake cutter for your event.

Decorations are allowed. Confetti and glitter are prohibited (including balloons with confetti or glitter).

Hosts must take all decorations upon conclusion of event.

Hosts must take all decorations upon conclusion of event. Should you want to decorate the room, we allow up to 45 minutes prior to the event, but it must be arranged when the reservation is made.

If reservation time is well into the evening, be aware that we will seat the room prior to party. We typically allow 45 minutes between events to prepare a room for the next reservation.

Sports Bar Policy

If your event is scheduled in the sports bar, you must be over the age of 21 with a valid ID. No exceptions.
