Information and Policies for Events & Reservations

The Green Room

Seats up to 32 people, has a projector with a 10ft screen with an HDMI hook up for presentations. This room allows for its own sound for sports or music. This room has doors that can close and can be made completely private. One pool table may be reserved with this room. The pool table is coin operated and can be played per game, or you can have the table opened for your event at $40 for unlimited games. Coin machine and atm on premises, we do not put games on tabs or give cash advances.

(In order to maintain a private party in this room you must have a minimum of 16 people)

The Gridiron Room

Seats up to 70 people, has a projector with a 10ft screen with an HDMI hook up for presentations. This room allows for its own sound for sports or music. This room does not have doors and is semiprivate. One pool table and one dart board may be reserved with this room. The pool table is coin operated and can be played per game, or you can have the table opened for your event at $40 for unlimited games. Coin machine and atm on premises, we do not put games on tabs or give cash advances.

(In order to maintain a private party in this room you must have a minimum of 40 people)

The Shuffleboard Room

Seats up to 28 people, this room does not have doors, is semiprivate and directly next to the patio. This room has three TVs and does not have separate sound for games or music.

Table Reservation

We can make table reservations based on availability.

We reserve the right to choose the tables reserved for you.

Additional Information and Policies:

Reservations for rooms must be made in advance and can be booked based on availability in 4-hour blocks. Events in the All Ages Event Space require a minimum spend and a credit card number to be placed on file to hold the room. We do not charge fees to reserve a room in the sports bar.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved date to avoid a $200 fee that will be charged to the card on file.

All ages Event Space

Seats up to 80 people and is suitable for all ages, no restrictions. This space is completely private with its own entrance and bathrooms. It has a Sonos system to play your own music, 10 TVs, 2 private bathrooms, and the ability to hook up with HDMI to a 70-inch tv with sound. This space has a pool table, 2 dart boards, lots of tabletop games and upon request a giant connect four and giant jenga for your event. We do not allow live music or DJ’s

The pool table is coin operated and can be played at $1 per game, or you can have the table opened for your event at $40 for unlimited games.

We require a minimum spend in the All Ages Event Space and a credit card number to be placed on file to hold the room. If at the end of the event the minimum spend is not met, the remainder would be charged to the host tab.

Please note that all events in this space must be concluded by 10PM. We will inform your guests of last call at 9:30pm.

Monday - Wednesday $850 minimum spend on food and beverage.
Thursday - Sunday $1,000 minimum spend on food and beverage.

Games

All our tabletop games, shuffleboard, giant jenga, giant connect four and darts are all first come first serve to play and are free to play, with the exclusion of Golden Tee and our pool tables that are coin operated and cost $1.00 per game. Coin machine and atm on premises, we do not put games on tabs or give cash advances.

Please Note: Certain games may not be available as we have the right to reserve games to be included in a reservation

Payment

Your full balance is due upon the conclusion of the event.

Please Note: We do not add service fees or gratuity to any event, as we believe that it is at the guest’s discretion.

Should you walk out on your tab, we will charge a 20% gratuity.

Separate Checks

Should your event have separate checks your guests may start a tab with a credit or debit card with our service staff. Since we work as a team, this allows all service staff to help you no matter where you are in the building, and you may pay with the card on file or with cash at the end.
If your guests do not want to start a tab and would like to pay for each transaction as it is ordered they will need to order at the main bar

Please Note: We do not add service fees or gratuity to any tab. Should you walk out on your tab, we will charge a 20% gratuity.

Event Menu Timeline

Should you want to pre-order food for your event, we must receive your menu no later than 7 days prior to your event. You may adjust your menu up to 48 hours prior to your event based on guest count.

Drink Tickets and Beverage Options

All drinks at Local Cue are charged by consumption.
We offer drink tickets for groups that have a max value of $8 each, but your tab will only be charged for the drinks ordered (i.e., $4 for a draft beer or $6 for a rum and coke). No shots are allowed with drink tickets.

Decorations & Desserts

Decorations are allowed, confetti and glitter are prohibited. (this included balloons with glitter or confetti inside of them) We kindly ask you to remove your décor after the event has finished
You may bring your own cake or desserts, and we will provide complimentary disposable plates, cutlery, and cake cutter for your event.

Should you want to decorate the room, we allow an hour prior to the event for decorating. The extra time to do so must be arranged when the reservation is made.

If reservation time is well into the evening, be aware that we will seat the room prior to your event. We typically require 45 minutes between events to prepare a room for the next reservation.

Sports Bar Policy

If your event is scheduled in the sports bar, you must be over the age of 21 with a valid ID. No children/infants. No exceptions. Please inform your guests of this policy as we are not responsible for guests turned away at the door.

Catering Information

Catering orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance from pickup to ensure product is on hand to fill orders. Our catering menu is available on our website, and orders can be placed through our website’s party inquiry form that goes to the event coordinator.
Payment for catering is due upon pickup.
